4) Conflict Resolution: Martial arts teaches your child to focus on self-defense and there is no fighting allowed between students. As the famous saying goes "When Your Temper Rises Lower Your Fists When Your Fists Rise Lower Your Temper". When practitioners enter the ring to spar, they are taught to be calm and cool headed, and ultimately, show respect for their opponent. We teach children how to keep a cool head and look for a solution.

5) Encourage Teamwork: Children will be taught to encourage each other, and help each other along. Senior students may be given a small task of guiding the junior students, or even leading the class in stretching exercises if they are up for it!
